Outrage for Unemployed Americans Applying for Jobs Because American Companies Discriminate

What happening to the Unemployed Americans-- now? Well, I will tell you—some American companies are bluntly stating in their job employment ads--- if you are unemployed do not apply. And this is coming from job positions as low as entry levels---- expanding to all levels in the workforce, today. This is outrange ofr unemployed Americans.

And this practice is being used by companies that are/are not afraid to let it be known, they let the unemployed apply, send out resumes by the 100’s, and put them all in file 13. And the unsuspecting American applicants are waiting to hear from these companies for an interview; to no avail, as they wait in vein.

First, the American Workforce had to suffer with Outsourcing of their jobs to companies overseas to China, India, Mexico, Latin America Countries, and Asian Countries, etc. This initially caused most all of the unemployment in America. Americans lost their jobs, homes, cars, and sometimes family separated because of all the pressure.

A percentage of these Americans, who dreamed the American dream of having a future with a home, and families are now homeless. They are now living with their elderly parents or are at shelters with their children.

Do you have any idea of how a shelter operates? Most shelters have a time limit where the homeless can only stay at night, then have to leave in the morning.

And then the homeless families are put out on the streets with all their belongings, or if they are lucky enough there might be a shelter for daytime only, and then these families with children are shuffled back and forth.

This is not living, this is human torture, for one parent to leave their family and go to apply for jobs, and be turned down because they are unemployed. I ask you fellow Americans what kind of world we are leaving for the future, for our grandchildren.

If there is not a change about the hiring of the unemployed American, who are qualified, and these people are; because these people have been in the workforce before, and was doing just fine until their jobs were outsourced.

Or businesses were closed due to the economy relating to bad management of our Government. Then I am afraid there will be an uprising this country has never seen before, nor has history.

No, there are still 14 Million unemployed looking for jobs. And companies are still saying only the employed should apply. How crazy is that--I am employed, why would I want to be job searching. Companies have also stated the unemployed need not apply.

Shockingly, the unemployed if they are lucky enough to get an interview, and pass the credit check, then they are being told--I am sorry, but you are over qualified--.

What they really mean is that you are a very skilled and qualified person, so I cannot afford to pay you for what you are worth. I say why not---are these companies being managed by subhumans without the brains to know--you want the best for your company, if you expect it to grow.

Appallingly, this is a bunch of mush, because any good business wants the most skilled person for the position. There was a time employers were afraid if a person was hired for a lower level job, they would quit after the company spent money training and processing them.

But now times are different because the unemployed will take almost any job offered, however, not many are forth coming.

Why---it is because of the American companies and businesses that we the consumers helped them to prosper. And now, do they care about the Americans?

When is our government going to wake-up and help these people, they are not asking for a hand, but a law that will make it illegal to discriminated against the unemployed.

Most of our government is too involved in winning the election. And they can not see the forest for the trees---the forest is not being taken care of as it rightly should. What happens if a tree is not watered and fed? It dies---just like any country whose people are not fed.

Americans will one day revolt against everything and everyone who are keeping them from making a living for their families.

I hope this does not happen, but where is this country going?

Only God knows the answer, because the people in charge seem to only care about themselves.

Although it was reported that the unemployment rate has gone down because 257,000 people have been hired in January 2012—and the powers that be, are patting themselves on the back. However, this is not even a drop in the bucket, of the 12.5 million who are still unemployed.

I am sure when these unemployed Americans hear it on the news or read it on their computers--- if they still have one---of how the hiring of Americans workers has improved. But still 12.5 million are still not working. They feel like saying--Go Tell it on the Mountain--because we know better.

This is what makes me politically ill with our government--six (6) out of ten (10) American businesses--- are still checking applicants credit reports before hiring.

I can understand that any applicant who will be dealing with money, funds, security, and anything concerning the liability of ones company, might warrant a credit check.

However, these companies are bonded and insured. And a correctly conducted background screening will bring up anything derogatory in an applicant's background.

Now does seem to you that our Politicians are aware of what is going on with the Unemployed Americans?

American Businesses that only want to head hunt for people who are already employed. They are so bold anymore, that it is stated in their ads—The Unemployed need not apply--- now how does that speak for these companies that are making their living from all the consumers—including the unemployed.

The big question is--will our government do anything about it? Are all Americans calling their Representatives and telling them to stand up and the help these people?
